DuPont Nature Center at Mispillion Harbor

Search for migratory shorebirds, wading birds and waterfowl along Slaughter Beach, and learn about the connection between horseshoe crabs and shorebirds at the new DuPont Nature Center.
Directions:
From the North (Wilmington / Dover): Take Route 1 south to exit SR-36 toward Milford/Slaughter Beach. Turn left onto Cedar Beach Road / DE-36 (4.6 miles). Turn left onto Lighthouse Road (1 mile).
From the South (beaches): Take Route 1 north to exit SR-36 toward Milford / Slaughter Beach. Turn right onto Cedar Beach Road / DE-36 (4.6 miles). Turn left onto Lighthouse Road (1 mile).
